Refund Policy
TinyOwl is sold as a one-time license with no subscription. You can try the full app free for 7 days before buying.

License purchases
The early-bird price is $9. The regular price is $15. A license includes lifetime updates and activation on up to 2 Macs.
Free trial
The trial is intended to help you confirm compatibility with your image formats, compression workflow, resize needs, and upload setup before purchase.
7-day refund window
You may request a no-reason refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. The request must be sent from, or include, the email address used for purchase and enough order information for us to verify it.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject “TinyOwl refund request”. Include your purchase email and order ID or license key, if available. We use this information only to verify the purchase and process the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
After a refund
A refund cancels the related license. We may deactivate that license and its activations after the refund is issued. TinyOwl has no recurring subscription charges to cancel.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. If a legal right gives you more protection than this policy, that right still applies.
